Refund policy

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.

To start a return, email us at delmura.oficial@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We'll confirm the next steps.

Return shipping costs

If the return is our mistake (wrong or faulty product), we cover the shipping. If you've simply changed your mind, the return shipping is at your expense.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected the return, we'll let you know whether the refund has been approved. If it has, it's processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your product arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging, and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge at any point before it ships. Email us as soon as possible at delmura.oficial@gmail.com.
