Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Spain and Mexico. Shipping is free to all of them, with no minimum order value.

Order processing

Every order is prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 5 to 11 working days after processing, depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked, at no extra cost.

Customs and import duties

Orders to Spain ship with import duties prepaid, so you won't be asked to pay anything on delivery.

For the other destinations, your parcel may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are set by local customs, are the recipient's responsibility, and are not included in the product price.
