Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be valid, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

To start a return, email us at jpsm.proyectos@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We'll confirm the next steps.

Return shipping costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we cover the shipping cost. If it's due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect products

If your product arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging — we'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at no cost as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Please write to us as soon as possible at jpsm.proyectos@gmail.com.
